August Authority Meetings Notice
The Greencastle Area, Franklin County Water & Sewer Authorities will hold public meetings on Monday, August 18, 2025, beginning at 5:25 p.m. in Borough Hall. Doors will open for the meeting at 5:15 p.m.

Brightspeed Construction Information
In late August, Brightspeed will begin construction in the Borough to install underground conduit and fiber optic cable, expanding their service capabilities throughout our community.

- Brightspeed has secured all necessary permits to complete this work.

PennDOT I-81 Resurfacing Project
Please see the following release from PennDOT, concerning resurfacing work on I-81 to begin Tuesday, April 22nd. Night construction work is planned to occur from State Line to Milepost 6 with work expected to be completed by July 2027.
